Con-Val Placed 15 runners in the top 25 to win. Pembrokes Jim Donnelly Had a great race on this
Tough Cousre. He will be a contender in clas I in late october. H-D's Zach Emerson Had a little
trouble with the course when with a little less than a mile to go he slipped on a wooden bridge
in the woods. It was raining all day and was real slick. Emerson Fell when he was about tied for
2nd with Nieskins. He landed on his arm and knee. When he got up 20 seconds or so later he was in
5th. He allmost out sprinted 4th to get one more place up but the pain was too much. When the race
was over the i was told by a rescue squad member that it might have been dislocated. He was
rushed to the concord hospitol. Good luck Zach and we hope your up and running agian.
