When the moon hits
your eyes, like a big pizza pie, that's....you panting like a bloodhound chasing
an escaped serial killer up McClintock Hill in the last mile of the Thomas
Street Tavern Run. Couples teams came out in force tonight. We had
some lightning fast boys and girls teamed up, like Toni and Mark. The only
thing keeping them from the couples team prize was my partner, Erin Trumble, who
smashed her PR by running a 30:17, and giving us a combined winning couples
total of 53:52. First bachelor overall was Josh Frisk at 28:17.
First Single Woman Who Doesn't Need Any Semblance of a Man for Happiness was
Mona Baset at 33:34. Congratulations to everyone who participated.
We had nice, warmer weather, and it was a great night for a run under the waxing
moon.
